How it Works

Fill in the contact form and we’ll call you to schedule your free initial consultation.

We’ll meet in person for an initial consultation where we will discuss your unique needs and goals – and, do a mini workout,

We’ll schedule a weekly workout time that suits you and start training ASAP. 


Where Do You Do the Sessions From?

We come to your home or private gym (in Manhattan or Brooklyn). We’re happy to workout with you in your apartment/home or in the gym in your building – whichever suits you best. We can also workout outdoors, in a local park or track.

Can I do Virtual Sessions?

Yes. For clients who live outside of Manhattan or Brooklyn, or for clients who travel often, we offer virtual sessions via Zoom or Google Meets.

Do I Need to Have Gym Equipment?

Gym equipment is not necessary. Many of our clients work out at home with just a few pieces of basic equipment (dumbells and resistance bands). There are a lot of great exercise options that require very minimal equipment and you will still be able to get a great workout without full gym equipment.

How Often Should I Workout?

This depends somewhat on your personal goals, however, we recommend aiming for 2-3 strength workouts per week. That means, you can do one personal training session each week, and supplement that with your own workouts, OR do 2-3 personal training sessions each week.

What Happens When I'm Traveling?

When you’re away you have two options – we can either pause your workouts and resume your sessions when you get back, or we can schedule virtual workouts if you want to keep training!

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice when canceling.
