Bloom Fitness NYC is led by Alina Kennedy, an Australian-trained physiotherapist and strength & conditioning specialist with over 10 years experience. 

Our Approach

We are here to help you be the strongest, healthiest version of you! Whether you’re going through a significant life change (like pregnancy or menopause), are dealing with a long-term health condition, or simply want to feel stronger and healthier in your body, we are here to guide and support you.

We take the time to truly get to know you, your complex history, and your goals. We will work closely with you (and if necessary, your medical team) to create a tailored training program that’s just right for you!

We take a gentler, more considered approach to exercise. We don’t believe that you need to be sweating bullets or throwing weights around in a gym to be strong and healthy. We will guide you through effective exercises that are safe and specific to your personal goals.

We come to you. We work with you in your home, home gym, or outdoors. Weights & equipment are optional. We create fun, challenging workouts with what you have available – whether that’s a full gym, a few hand weights & a resistance band, or just some furniture in your home!

Most importantly, we focus on your long-term health and wellbeing, not the number on the scale. Our goal is to help you live life to the fullest with a strong body and positive mindset!
